NAFTA WCM FI Pillar Lead

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Develops the organization towards World Class Manufacturing by implementing a robust, structured system based on Industrial Performance tools capable of seeing, measuring and addressing all types of losses, waste and inefficiencies.
  • Facilitate quality and change management processes; identify customer needs and key drivers to reach customer satisfaction goals with financial benefit.
  • Contributes to development, engagement and involvement of all employees.
  • Responsible for Lean Six Sigma training and the facilitation of team projects including kaizen events, lean assessments, policy deployment, Value Stream Mapping, etc.
  • Coach site management in various WCM topics

Provides leadership and management direction to Pillar Leaders to plan, organize, and implement World Class Manufacturing principles throughout the Sites in North America

Education and or work experience:

  • Engineering Bachelor s Degree, Master Degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience as Lean Manufacturing Manager
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of WCM
  • Bilingual preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
