Job Description:
A Tier I Automotive Supplier is seeking a Program Manager for their Pulaski, TN location. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects from award through 90 days after SOP. You will ensure that all departments are progressing at a rate which will achieve the successful completion of a project which meets customer specifications, project timing, and financial requirements. You will provide leadership to the project team and effectively communicate the status of the program to AL and customer leadership.
Responsibilities:
Follow the ALNA Project Development Process.
Establish a consensus with the program team on roles and responsibilities, project objectives, and project goals.
Be familiar with the customers requirements.
Understand the quotation package for the program and document the deliverables/exceptions to meet the customers requirements.
Understand the cost inputs, price calculations and financial sensitivity with the cost model (TCTP).
Monitor program costs and maintain controls to meet budgets.
Coordinate cost, price, and timing quotes for customer and internal changes.
Establish program risks and implement risk mitigation plans.
Develop and maintain a project timing charts depicting the customers milestones and project tasks.
Establish countermeasures when the project timing is at risk.
Initiate, maintain, and publish the program open issues report.
Conduct project meetings with necessary project team members on an as needed basis to review program tasks.
Initiate the review of lessons learned/best practices of other programs and document new ones from each project.
Report project status to the leadership staff on a routine basis.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, equivalent work experience will be considered

years Program Management in automotive, NO exceptions
Considerable experience launching new products
Strong business and financial understanding
Ability to build and lead a successful team
Risk mitigation and implementation
Strong communication, organization and presentation skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
