The role of this Maintenance Supervisor is to manage the maintenance employees and to
address equipment issues in an automotive production environment

The responsibilities for this Maintenance Supervisor position will include:
o Ensure maintenance work supports cost savings and continuous improvement
o Manage team performance and personnel issues of the team
o Ensure compliance in working conditions
o Troubleshooting and diagnostic evaluations
o Preventative maintenance
o Provide recommendations for improvement in quality and production
The requirements for the ideal Maintenance Supervisor candidate include:
o Demonstrated maintenance supervisor experience
o Experience leading teams
o Must be a Team Player
o Plastic Injection Molding and Metal Stamping Experience preferred
o Solid interpersonal and communication skills
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills
o Automotive experience (required)
o Bachelor's degree in a technical / engineering discipline (preferred)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
