Cornerstone Recruitment Group is working with a global company to identify a Molding Technician to join their team in Pulaski, Tennessee. If you are looking to use your automotive experience in an exciting new role, then this opportunity may be ideal for you.
The responsibilities for this Molding Technician position will include:
o Startup mold machines and set up and adjust temperature of mold machines and handle changeover
o Preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance of molding machines
o Spare parts control of molding machines
o Supervise compliance of the pre-production schedule
o Handling maintenance documentation including documentation about mold machines
o Respond to chemical substance contingencies or other hazards in the area
o Compliance with quality and environmental standards
The requirements for the ideal Molding Technician candidate include:
o High school diploma or GED
o College degree (preferred)
o One year of experience in the field (minimum required)
o Injection molding experience
o Mechanical, electronic and PLC experience
o Solid communication skills
o Strong problem solving skills
o Knowledge of Lean ManufacturingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
