You MUST meet the following Basic Requirements to apply for this job:
Understand Quality Audit techniques
Ability to communicate logically and provide quality feedback on any/all products
Proficient user of MS Office Applications
Proven ability to operate all quality and environmental systems
Ability to write quality and environmental procedures and/or instructions of the area
Provide all documentation and support of the quality area
Understanding of the Quality Systems
Proven ability to operate lab equipment
Job responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
Audit the production process
Audit the final product
Audit the first piece
Support to the production area on the quality criteria
Feedback to the personnel involved in the problems detected
Identify the status of material in the pre-production area
Verification of sorting and rework
Confirmation of rejections
Generate discrepancy reports
Filing reports generated
Comply with the procedures and instructions of the quality and environment standards (those that concern them)
Product safety & quality assurance
All those activities that are generated by changes, necessity and/or improvement in the process of the area
