Responsibilities:
Maintains a positive and friendly attitude while assisting families, patients, and partners who approach the area needing assistance.
Answer the telephone and relay messages.
Electronic Health Record documentation as indicated, including but not limited to order entry and vital signs.
Maintain a schedule of patients' appointments and transportation, assisting with arrangements as needed.
Processing of laboratory, x-ray and/or special tests and see that reports are received.
Maintain the inventory of paper and desk supplies.
Ensures scanning of appropriate documents upon discharge of the patient.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
