Job requirements
Job Profile :
Lead Auditor (ISO TS 16949 / ISO 9000), certification from 3rd part agency
EMS internal auditor ISO 14000 (desired from 3rd part agency)
Full expertize of drawings and tech specification. GD&D system interpretation is mandatory
Mandatory experience on control plan definition and control methods specification (gauge/devices)
Mandatory experience on production process quality control (welding / machining/painting/GP12 / Firewall)
Mandatory experience as internal auditor on Quality System / Process Audit / Poka-yoke audit / LPA / Customer Audit
Mandatory experience on problem resolution and quality improvement on process (extensive utilization on quality tools such 8D, PFMEA, DOE, Ishikawa), and other problem solving methodologies
Mandatory experience on Calibration, Standard room , SPC, MSA studies. CMM machine program and utilization is desired
Mandatory experience on Quality KPIs definition and monitoring (internal PPM, COPQ, scrap)
Mandatory experience on customer audit (PCPA, VDA)
Mandatory experience on customer claims (analysis, containment action, definitive action plan and clean-point management). Experience on PFMEA revision based on customer claim and warranty data
Mandatory experience on coord. of QA team in order to cover production shift wise
Experience on process improvement (Kaisen)
Experience on Lab routine (Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, Test Bench)
Experience on QSB system (ASES / VDA desired)
Experience on WCM (desired)
Experience on APQP (basic knowledge is mandatory)
Experience in PPAP preparation (mandatory)
Experience on incoming inspection routine (mandatory)
5S shop-floor improvement
